All Gift Cards are deemed purchased in and issued from the State of Delaware.
The risk of loss and title to Color Guru Gift Cards passes to the purchaser upon its delivery to the recipient.
Your Color Guru Gift Card may only be used for making purchases on our website. Currently, gift cards are only available for purchase online.
Gift Cards have no value until purchased and activated.
The value of a Gift Card will not be replaced or replenished if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization.
Purchases are deducted from Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will remain associated with Gift Card for future use. If the purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another valid payment method at the time of purchase.
Sales tax is not charged when buying Gift Cards; however, purchases paid for with Gift Cards will be charged applicable sales tax.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, and/or applied toward any credit card balances except to the extent required by law.
Gift Cards cannot be used for previously purchased goods or services.
Gift Cards are not credit or debit cards.
Color Guru reserves the right to void a Gift Card if it suspects that it was obtained in a fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful manner, or used or applied to purchases that are fraudulent, unauthorized, unlawful, or otherwise in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Color Guru Gift Cards do not expire and no fees apply to Color Guru Gift Cards.
When you purchase, receive, or apply a Gift Card to a purchase, you agree that the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, and agree that the laws of Delaware will govern any dispute that may arise between you and Color Guru related to your use of a gift card.
Gift Cards can be purchased in whole dollar amounts, starting with a minimum of $25 up to a maximum of $795.
Any refunded service will be credited in the original form of payment. If a refund is issued to a Gift Card, a new Gift Card will be issued in its place and sent to the original mailing address or recipient email address.
